CDT: Mental Well-being Training Course – Luxembourg

Project Summary:

From September 18–26, 2025, United Vision participated in the Erasmus+ KA153 Youth Workers Mobility training course “CDT: Mental Well-being” in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg. This initiative gathered youth workers and educators from across Europe to strengthen their capacity in promoting mental health and emotional resilience among young people.

The training featured interactive workshops, non-formal education methods, and intercultural dialogue focused on emotional well-being, resilience, and mental health strategies. Participants explored practical tools and techniques to address mental health challenges, foster safe spaces, and support healthier communities.

United Vision contributed by sharing best practices, engaging in collaborative learning, and exchanging experiences with peers, enhancing our skills to promote youth mental well-being and resilience. The program fostered cross-cultural cooperation and provided valuable strategies to integrate mental health support into youth work practices.


Brief:
