Project Summary:

From October 19โ€“24, 2025, United Vision participated in the Erasmus+ training course โ€œMental Health in Youth Workโ€ held in Ghent, Belgium. The project brought together youth workers and trainers from across Europe to explore effective approaches for promoting mental well-being, personal resilience, and emotional awareness in youth work.

The training emphasized non-formal learning, peer exchange, and experiential workshops, offering participants tools to set healthy boundaries, support young people facing mental health challenges, and integrate emotional care into daily practice. Study visits to local organizations provided real-world insights into community-based mental health support.

United Vision actively contributed by sharing its experience in inclusive youth work and mental well-being initiatives, fostering collaboration and exchanging innovative strategies to promote healthier, more resilient youth communities.
