Project Summary:
From July 6–12, 2025, United Vision participated in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Outdoor for Health” in Měděnec, Czechia. This nature-focused exchange brought together young people from Czechia, Finland, Latvia, Poland, Lithuania, and Finland to explore the link between mental well-being and the environment through outdoor activities and intercultural learning.
Set against the backdrop of peaceful woodlands, participants engaged in forest walks, wellness exercises, environmental workshops, and reflection sessions that fostered self-awareness and connection to nature. The exchange also promoted the EU Youth Goals, encouraging youth to take action for a healthier, greener future.
United Vision facilitated participation from Finland and contributed to group dialogue, collaborative learning, and youth-led environmental action. The experience fostered cross-border friendships and left a lasting impact on the participants’ personal growth and sustainability mindset.
Brief:
