Project Brief:

The Inclusive Youth Work Training Course in Latvia empowers youth workers with practical skills and inclusive approaches to tackle discrimination and promote equality through non-formal education. The project creates an international learning environment where participants exchange experiences, develop inclusive strategies, and strengthen cooperation for more equal and supportive youth work practices across Europe.

Project Summary:

Held from 13th to 21st April 2026 in Saulkrasti, Latvia, this Erasmus+ training course brings together youth workers, educators, and youth leaders to strengthen inclusive youth work practices and promote equality in diverse communities.

Participants will explore practical tools and non-formal education methods to address discrimination, racism, exclusion, and inequality while creating safer and more inclusive spaces for young people. Through intercultural learning, workshops, role-playing, and collaborative activities, participants will develop competences to support young people with diverse backgrounds and fewer opportunities.
