File an Appeal

If you disagree with a cancellation invoice or a selection rejection, fill in the form below within 14 days of the original decision. Your appeal will be reviewed by the United Vision Board and you will receive a written reply within 30 working days.

What can be appealed

1. A cancellation invoice — you received an invoice after cancelling and you believe the fee was applied incorrectly, or the reason was valid but treated as invalid.

2. A selection rejection — you applied for a project, you were not selected, and you believe the decision was based on a mistake or missing information.

Other matters (project content, EU funding rules, host country, dates) cannot be appealed through this process.

Filing an appeal pauses your invoiceIf you have an invoice with a payment deadline, filing this appeal pauses that deadline. You will not be sent to debt collection while the Board is reviewing your case.

List the file names in plain language. After submitting this form, email the actual files to info@unitedvision.fi with the same name and date as your appeal so we can match them up.

What happens next

Within 30 working days — United Vision sends you a written, reasoned decision by email: upheld, partially upheld, or denied.

If upheld — your invoice is cancelled or your application is reconsidered. Any money you already paid is refunded within 45 days.

If denied — the original decision stands and the invoice is payable within 14 days of the written decision.

Appeals after 14 days are not acceptedThe 14-day window starts on the date the invoice or rejection letter was sent to you. Please check your inbox and file on time.
