Youth4Democracy: #Act4Climate – Training Course – Italy

From October 15–19, 2025, United Vision participated in the Erasmus+ training course “Youth4Democracy: #Act4Climate” held in Naples, Italy. This international program brought together youth workers and trainers from across Europe to explore the link between democratic participation, EU values, and climate action as key pillars for building active and sustainable communities. The course featured a variety of interactive workshops, outdoor learning experiences, and civic engagement activities that encouraged participants to reflect on how youth work can address climate challenges through democratic involvement and social responsibility. The project also aimed to empower individuals from rural and migrant backgrounds, ensuring inclusive participation and equal opportunities in shaping a sustainable future. United Vision contributed by sharing insights on youth empowerment and sustainable engagement strategies, actively collaborating with partners to develop creative solutions that promote environmental awareness and democratic values within local communities.
