Be Where Your Feet Are: Mindfulness and Self-Care Practices – Hungary
Join us in Dombfalva, Hungary, from 20–28 September 2025 for the Erasmus+ training course “Be Where Your Feet Are: Mindfulness and Self-Care Practices.” This project equips youth workers with tools for resilience, emotional well-being, and sustainable youth work through outdoor learning, mindfulness, and nature-based practices. A second training will also be held in May 2026 as part of the program’s 6-month implementation.
CDT: Networking for Mental Well-being – Luxembourg

How to Support Youth Leaders – Poland
Join us in Opole, Poland, from 3–9 November 2025 for the Erasmus+ KA153 Youth Workers Mobility training course “How to Support Youth Leaders.” Open to participants aged 18+, this program equips youth workers, trainers, and active community members with practical tools to empower young leaders. Through interactive sessions, innovative methods like Open Space Technology, outdoor meetings, and study visits to local initiatives, participants will exchange best practices, strengthen their skills, and build inclusive spaces that inspire the next generation of changemakers.
